Which isn't to say that I haven't exactly been without internet connection since I last posted in the warm lobby of the Hilton Seattle where I was enjoying Sakura-Con with some fantastic friends and making new ones. I've had internet......on my blackberry (aka Shige-Dex). I just haven't had time to make a post!

So what's new/happening/exciting in my life in the past two weeks?

So. How are you doing this fine spring? :D Less hectic than me, I hope. One day soon I will actually comment on your posts! Promise!

Today is full of laziness and leisure.

I slept in until 10am (totally luxurious!) and had a leisurely late lunch!

It's been a wonderful day so far and I have a jug of sun tea brewing outside to sip and enjoy in an hour or so.

Today has been made even sweeter after I found out I have tickets to see KAT-TUN in Osaka and w-inds. in Yokohama! :D SO EXCITED, EVERYONE!!! I flailed super hard at mousaPi and shabz. Now to find tickets for Kanjani8 in Fukui. *crosses fingers!*

BUT I AM REALLY EXCITED TO SEE W-INDS. ON THEIR OPENING CONCERT OF THE TOUR. YES. AND JIN'S HIPS. :D I WILL SEE THEM IN ACTION IN PERSON!!!!

Now I've got America's Best Dance Crew on tv and about to work on jesummary and a few other things.

I love how some of my flist are using emoji as bullet points. The emoji makes me smile. And my day is a bit brighter each time.

I'm feeling pretty good today despite the insomnia and my wrists hurting. I look fab in my favorite black skirt, a cute collared shirt (black w/ white pinstripes!), dangling shell earrings, black and white heels, and lots of black eyeliner. My black glasses makes a perfect statement with my hair down. I should wear it down more often. :D

furiosity got me hooked onto freerice.com and I can't stop playing it. It's a really awesome way to help feed the world. One word at a time.

The fires in So. Cali are still raging on, albeit more contained now. But still, over a half million people evacuated? There are a lot of people who've lost their homes and may have nothing in the upcoming weeks other than what they managed to take with them.

I've been talking with a friend to see if they are any particular agencies doing outreach specifically in So. Cali like donating blankets and clothes and food. I haven't heard any back so far but like pir8fancier, I am willing to donate clothes and blankets if any on my flist needs them.

Also to anyone living in California! Donate blood to the Red Cross! I know there is a need in San Diego county to have a good supply of blood on hand for those injured in the firestorm.

Rock Your Awareness is having a benefit event called "Date a Rockstar" this Saturday at the Elbo Room in San Francisco. Go and party and have some fun with great music from local bands. Maybe you can win a date with the lead singer. Oh, baby.

I am still grooving to Koda Kumi's 38th single, featuring DBSK, called Last Angel. *__________________* Kuu-chan looks really good as she dances, surrounded by the hot and tall DBSK. I LOVE their outfits. Jaejoong's hair! Junsu's streak of silver and goggles! Yunho's beanie! Changmin and the hoodie and wet bangs flopping in his eyes! Yoochun just pimping it! Junsu club-grooving up towards Kuu-chan! SO MUCH LOVE. I've had that PV on repeat for the last 4 days. Just so you know. :D

Yuukan Club. Episode 2 Jin. Just....yeah. Jin is so pretty and adorably dumb and hot and it's so cute that he tries really hard. And YOKO. I love his Tokyo accent even though it's a bit disconcerting sometimes because I'm so used to him talking in Kansai-ben and being loud and cheerful. It's AWESOME that his character is the well-rounded one and the calmest one. He's like Kyouya of Ouran Host Club. *_______*

Tonight is drama night with sandpanther. I am looking forward to next episode of Liar's Game and maybe Tantei Gakuen Q. It's a bit hard to understand Tantei GQ since it is raw but I can always ask her questions if I get lost on the storyline. :D

I keep trying to write for my holiday fic fests and nothing wants to come out but PIN. :| *kicks* Self, stop writing the wrong pairing!

Dinner with the girls last night was fantastic. It's always nice to see vanae12 and happy_hien and catch up. I am now planning the next girls' night out as well as a Costumed Wine Party Fundraiser for Rock for AIDS. :Dv

I finally watched w-inds. newest PV, Love is the Greatest Thing (the theme song for the Japanese-dubbed version of Shrek 3 in which Keita is the voice actor for Prince Artie).

This PV has raised my tension. I love, love, love how they did the PV for this. I love the sound of it. I totally thought it would be more like Trial (which, for those who didn't know, is the theme song for the Japanese version of Goal!) but they proved me wrong and continued with the funkier style that was prevalent in Journey (their sixth album!) that I adore. It's all happy and energetic and omg, I am so in love with this song.

Watching SiWon play the drums for TRAX pulled me into SuJu and Trax (Because Jay's voice is just GUH. *___*) and it helps that SiWon is model hot.

And now, watching Ohkura play the drums in the first K8 song I liked (Heavenly Psycho) made me all melty and I am resisting Kanjani8 even though I heard this song ages ago when shabzilla got into k8. But she didn't she me enough of the utter FAIL that are the members of K8 and thus, I was not sucked in.
