jemz: (w-inds - Ryuichi - lookin' damn sexy)
In an effort to declutter my room (because I want to rearrange everything), I realized that I have a lot of BPAL Limited Edition bottles in my perfume collection. I don't wear perfume often enough to justify keeping all these gorgeous scents so I am making an effort to find a home for them. Please adopt them! They want to make you feel good.

I haven't been around much in the BPAL fandom in about two years but I do have a feedback page.

I take Paypal (all flavors) andd checks (they will have to clear before I can ship). Shipping is $2.00 within the U.S. if you are buying bottles or $1.50 if you only want to buy imps. I can ship worldwide. Just let me know to where so I can figure out shipping. I also frimp so let me know if you have any allergies (like to chocolate or something).

Thanks for looking!

Random Thought #1

~ BPAL. I have accumulated so much of it in the past two years even if I stopped trying new scents a while ago due to my Japan trip. Would anyone on my friends list be interested in buying some of it if I posted a list of bottles and imps I'm willing to sell off?

Random Thought #2

~ Writing. I've been in a mood to write or drabble. Drop a pairing and a prompt and I may give you a badly written ficbit. Fandoms? Whomever. If I don't know them, I'll ask for a description and work with it from there. I have this itch to improve my writing and the only way I know how to do that is to just write.

Random Thought #3

~ Sappy. I feel super sappy today. I don't know if it's the music I've been listening to but I think today, I am in love with love and all the connotations that go along with it. It doesn't help that I've been playing DBSK's Begin and Heart, Mind, and Soul over and over again.

Random Thought #4

~ The sky is beautiful and I have this urge to sit outside on the patio and just write, sipping a hazelnut latte and lookin' cool in my rockstar sunglasses, flowy skirt, and pale pink lipgloss.

♥ I had the best 8 hours of sleep in a long time last night.

♥ It was cool this morning and made me all wriggly with happiness that one of my favorite seasons is here and I can start sporting my favorite scarfs again.

♥ I have to remind myself to decant pretty smellies tonight for [livejournal.com profile] lizardspots, [livejournal.com profile] kerryblaze, and [livejournal.com profile] schmoo999 to send them out tomorrow. Sorry, the entire sleep-dep thing threw me off my groove.

♥ In other news, I got my BPAL order of White Moon and Midnight on the Midway! *flails* my fav. fall scent is Midnight on the Midway. I have yet to try White Moon but I'm sure it will be lovely. None of the Lunacy scents haven't loved me before.

♥ I didn't take many pictures at YCon but what I do have, I will upload and share. OH. I just reminded myself about the Lumos pics. It's so much easier now that I have a laptop of my own and have finished sharing desktops.

♥ I want people to come with me to watch Flags of Our Fathers. The same request will occur when Letters From Iwa Jima comes out. No, it's not because I want to go and fangirl Ninomiya Kazunari. Flags has Ryan Phillipe. *_*

Okay. You got me. I want to fangirl Nino as well but how often do you find a cute member of a boyband (one of my favorites!) in an American movie directed by Clint Eastwood? The fact that he is utterly adorable is beside the fact. The boy can act! *_* I don't normally care to watch many war movies but I felt that this would be an interesting of movies to watch. I would also say the same thing about any movie on the Vietnam War.

All this war talk makes me feel uneducated. I think I may go and have a heart to heart with Dad about his experiences in the war and whether or not he thinks the Americans did help with the Vietnam War.

♥ I've noticed people of my parents' generation are very politically active. Or at least they are not afraid to speak out their thoughts on politics. Why do I feel that my generation are lazier to speak up or be active with their voting rights when compared to my parents? I understand that fleeing their homeland in the midst of war may have influenced their stance on being proactive in politics but is it trend with other ethnic groups fleeing war? What drives a person to be active politically?

I know my parents relish their right to vote. When they were growing up, they never had that. Going through the war, fighting for democracy and everything it stood for made them really appreciate the United States' democratic stance. They received a first hand look at being unable to have a vote, unable to speak out. Now, having been naturalized as a citizen, they have been voting every single year. It makes me wonder.

♥ I know the day will be absolutely beautiful so I hope everyone will have a fabulous day today. Life looks so spiffy.

P.S. D: LJ FAILS. I'm not getting any email notifications. So if I take longer to reply, that's why. Bad, LJ. BAD. *spanks*

So I was squeeing at [livejournal.com profile] lizardspots and [livejournal.com profile] kerryblaze about Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab and all their wonderful perfume oils. It then occurred to me that I hardly ever talk about this silent obsession of mine. I talk about HP, about life, the Fishbot, w-inds./WaT, and the many other things that just randomly cross my mind but never about perfume.

a spiraling descent into the Lunacy )

Hopefully, my next post will be babbling over something else. Like JPop. Or request for American Pop/Alternative/hip hop music. Because I need some to balance out all the INSANE AMOUNT of JPop/Jrock I just downloaded. ^_^

And my order from cdjapan.com will be here sooooon. Keita's Michishirube, GLAY's G4, and Boogie Woogie 66 will be in my hot little hands this weekend. Just in time to enable some friends at YCon. *___* like [livejournal.com profile] sintari and [livejournal.com profile] shudaizi *rubs hands gleefully*

P.S. To the absolutely wonderful [livejournal.com profile] visionshadows, I received Voodoo Queen a week or two ago and finally tried it. OMG. I am in LOVE with this scent. *_* Thank you so much for sending it to me! ♥ ♥ ♥!!!

heheh....Soooo. I'm finally getting my lazy act together and compiling a wish list for those who have requested me to do so (*coughs*NickandVee*coughs*)

So scroll by if you're not interested in my greediness in perfume. :-P

*coughshacks*

So my lungs are still convinced they'll be making a quick escape through my esophagus some time soon, I've managed to keep them in their proper place. Bleah. That will teach me not to go carousing through the streets of San Francisco on a stormy afternoon. Although I did it with the maid of honor for my best friend's younger sister's wedding gift. (I'm in the bridal party and thus, Cat [the bride's maid of honor and youngest sister] and I went around her school area which is by Japantown to find scrapbooking things for the gift) So not on.

I get so sick from the weather. It would be all stormy and rainy for the day and then clear, crisply cold the next afternoon that is followed up by more wind and rain. :-(

But as I am slowly, slowly getting better, I don't feel as much as a bum. The weekend was a nice one. Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] rightsock for the massage on Saturday night, my sleep was much better. [livejournal.com profile] rogue_ravnos's tortilla soup was so yummy! Great times with all.

Sunday was one of WoW. ^__^ Played my alt all day long and made 5-cheese tortellini pasta that was quick and super easy! Then I leveled up once or twice on the druid. Convinced Kenchi to come by for a little LAN party and made arrangements with another couple of friends to teach them how to waltz for their wedding. *note to self: must go and learn more steps. or learn more salsa/passe doble/rumba/something! or bellydancing. *nods* bellydancing sounds good. or Hawaiian.*

Oh!, [livejournal.com profile] etoilenoir30, I won my auction for Queen of Diamonds. *happy dance* I had to check my phone to see if I won the bid or not. *is a dork* I'll bring an imp for you to smell how good it is at the next meeting! (I deny I'm a huge addict. I'm just a little addicted. :-P )

As of late, I've been bad at catching up on HP fic. I've been deviating (or should I say, returning?) back to my comfort Naruto, Gravitation, Bleach, Hikaru no Go, Prince of Tennis, & Weiss Kruez fics. It seems so many people have been leaving HP fandom and it makes me a bit sad but I can relate to some of the reasons why. But then again, I like to know people not only for their fic but also for who they are as a person. But that said, I do love my comfort fics. Any recs for novel-length fics in whatever fandom?

My plans for the week? to get rid of this damn cough!!!! *expells it!* erm. spring cleaning and working on the wedding scrapbook with a dash of private dance lessons and cooking experiments. I'll probably find some time this week to feng shui my room. I want to redo a good portion of my room and maybe the rest of the house. We'll see how lazy I'm feeling. ^_~

What's new with you?
jemz: (gackt)
Okay. So I caved in and bought myself some pretty perfumes from Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab or more commonly referred to as BPAL.

And I totally blame this addiction on [livejournal.com profile] judas_iscariot as she is a vile enabler....along with [livejournal.com profile] kyiana for talking to me about BPAL and describing some scents to me. *___*

Anyway....I'm posting my maybe-i'll-cave-in-again-another-time-and-buy-imps-of-these-scents BPAL list.

BPAL list )

^_^ My list seems so long since it's just the more permanant stuff. I won't talk about the Limited Editions because *shifty eyes* they are very tempting. *resists*
