Thanks to all who left me love in the legomymalfoy's love meme. It gave me warm, squishy feelings inside. I didn't have a chance to finish lovin' all over it since there were a great many more people I wanted to leave some luv for. So let me make a snuggly blanket statement and say that every single one of you ROCK. ♥!

The weekend was a good one despite me being a TOTAL KLUTZ. I had a bbq/wine party/poolside hang out sort of thing on Saturday and I managed to burn myself against a big huge pot that had been simmering over a hot, hot grill. D: So yes, I have a huge burn (I have pictures if you want to see it!) on my right calf. D: I have been spraying Solarcaine on it every time it throbs. Yes. I'm that much of a wuss. Esp. since this is my first major burn and it already blistered and that punk next to me kept smacking it during the Parade for Pride on Sunday. Had an absolute blast with my girls Roshan and shudaizi as well as the wonderful Tim. Until my hat blew off on Polk and my beautiful camera crashed hard to the ground. Oh, she is scratched up on all the corners but she is still working. Banged and bruised (like me!) but still full of energy.

We didn't stay too long at the festival since I just wanted a hot shower and some time away from a huge crowd. I saw some very cute and good looking men but as the festival probably just started, Roshan and I left about 3:30pm and made it back home about 5pm.

I have been busily planning out some trips for the rest of the year. I don't think I'll be able to to go NYC with my friends since I would want to spend it all in Japan. But I've got Lumos, teh crack trip (aka, my trip to the boonies of the Southern U.S.), wine-tasting in Paso Robles, and LA to look forward to.
