I always have such a wonderful time with bestest! :D :D :D :D

We shopped for my costume for Mardi Gras in New Orleans so I have colored hair extensions now and we shopped and spent time together. Afternoon tea at the Fairmont Hotel was delicious and nice and gorgeous and such a lovely, lovely time! Then it was back to shopping and girl talk and then sushi for dinner!

Afterwards, we went to my friends' International Beer Party and watched people play beer pong (which I have never played and I don't really like beer. It's all about the wine for me!) and had some really great conversations! :D

Also got the offer from bestest to crash at her place while she's out of the country for two weeks. She's only an hour and a half to two hours away from Lake Tahoe so I when I want to go snowboarding, I haz place 2 crash! :D

YAY. Going to an anti-superbowl thing soon. Drink some bubbly and have some more fun and then come back to do some work. Update

BESTEST IS COMING!

:D I thought I was only going to get afternoon tea with her (Tea at the Fairmont!) but she's staying with me all day!!! *BEAMS*

I will really be scarce! But I may check LJ from my awesome phone which I have temporarily and affectionately named "shige-dex" after the pokedex in Beth's and my madcap fic idea (YES, RHEYNE. I WILL WORK ON THAT SOONER OR LATER)

Wheeee! Life is good right now! Bestest, Anti-Superbowl party tomorrow, MARDIS GRAS WITH ISO on Tuesday, Chinese/Vietnamese New Year on Thursday (but family celebration may be on Saturday!), and my week is PACKED.
