Have you tried herbal tea? That helps me wake up in the morning. I find it's not really the caffeine, just something warm to drink.

i drink tea all the time...unfortunately, the caffeine in tea and coffee do nothing to wake me up. it's the sugar overload of drinking pepsi and eating chocolate that keeps me wired all nite!
