la la la la...

this stupid project at work is giving me a headache and a HUGE urge to fly to San Diego for some good ol' R&R.

bleh...just wanted to update a little bit before going back to slavery.

I didn't really get a chance to do a whole lot over the weekend. but it was definately relaxing to laze the entire day away and watch anime. (told you i was on this HUGE anime kick lately...*sigh* it's gotten a hold of my mind and refuses to let go!)

and i bought several dvds and Tamyra Gray's album. heheh...i got Lord of the Rings:Return of the King and Miracle. goooooooood movies. TG's album is pretty good...i like it. i like her some of her soulful grooves. i'mma stick it in with my Vivian Green cd...they're kinda like that
soulful type....i like!

lately...i've been having this wierd story pop around in my head. maybe i'll try my hand at writing it done. must be due to all the fan fics i've been reading. and it's not even an anime story! ah well...if i did write it, i don't know if it would be any good and if people would want to read it. I suck at English. i once took a class on short stories and i came to the conclusion that my imagination wasn't up to par.....or it was just too fantasy and sugary to be any good. *sigh* oh well....if i do decide to write it, you guys will be the first ones to know.

in other news....i'm thinking of cutting my hair again. it's getting too long and i definately want to experiment with a different hair style. or maybe even highlights. what do u guys think about either deep auburn highlights or blue highlights? it might even be fun! :-D i've never colored/highlighted my hair before....so it's all virgin hair. i'm only scared of the fact that the highlights might ruin my hair forever. What do u guys think? Should I go for it? should i just get a new hairstyle and leave the coloring? I'll probably go on Saturday and get it done with Katrina (who's dragging me to do this since i'm dragging her to go to Fanime Con this sat. hehehe...payback's a bitch.)

Ooooooh, I wanna see that LOTR movie, I've heard good things about it.
As for the writing, you should give it a shot, I can actually see you having a great imagination!
I used to draw when I was younger, I was pretty good at it, I won contests and stuff. Then I had this bitch 7th grade teacher tell me I sucked so I quit. But I've recently started picking it up again, a little bit. It's fun, it's a nice feeling to have a creative outlet.

I think highlights are cool, they don't wreck your hair forever, as long as you don't do it constantly to your hair, it's ok. My sister gets highlights every so often, when they start to fade, she gives her hair a little breather and she has super healthy hair. When I read auburn I was thinking that sounded very you, but blue is sooo cool! That is very unique of you. Whatever you decide to do, post pics =D

If you do decide to highlight your hair, go to an upscale salon to have it done. Choose a color that's subtle so you won't have to spend tons to maintain it or you'll end up with hideous roots. Have lots of fun! ^_^
