an hour before work and i feel super sick. been throwing up since noon. can't seem to get my stomach to settle down. gonna go out and buy some ginger ale. i hope i can stop the nausea at work...i left this medication that kenyatta's mom got for me there. it helps control nausea. hope it works for me again today.
