Today, at work, they offered free flu shots.

I got one. For the first time.

My arm hurts and I've got no appetite. Let's hope I don't catch the flu. But I am going to drink a lot of blueberry tea anyway.



Off to bed. Sleeping in will be such a LUXURY. will post more tomorrow.

Well, sometimes vaccines make you feel bad for a bit without actually getting you sick. But regardless, I hope you feel better in the morning.

They probably told you this when you got the shot, but painkillers are your best friend when you get a flu shot. If your arm is still hurting, down an ibuprofen or two and it should help with the pain substantially. :)
