too busy to chase my tail

je_holiday went out yesterday. I am excited about all the potential fic that will be coming. *bounces*
Speaking of fic exchanges, I am signing up for another one in the DBSK fandom. *facepalms* At least it's only 500 words minimum. I am blaming 
mousaPi for this. 
I've been writing snippets of things here and there, never finishing anything. This makes me 
since I want to finish something. But it's been fun to think of some of it so far.
Planning out a Halloween wine party is a lot of fun. Complete with costumes! I am looking forward to it. Also, I've been planning a lot of things. How exciting. 
I am in love with my new haircut. I look like I'm a teenager except with better skin. Even though my skin is looking horrible lately from the lack of sleep and dehydration. It's short, layered, and I have bangs that make me look sorta ghetto fob-a-licious but it works with my dangly earrings and black eyeliner.
I went out to dinner with the girls. Sake and more drinks and a lot of dancing. Hung out at the Sake Lounge and then went dancing. The table of guys next to us were really nice and bought us drinks. Very sweet. Needless to say, I got pretty tipsy since I didn't eat all that much. I danced it off and drank a lot of water. Remind me not to wear the polka dot heels to go dancing. I slipped on the wet floor and fell on my ass. Embarrassing but the really nice guys helped me up so I just have a bruised elbow. Also, some guys kept trying to pick up on me to be my sugar daddy. They weren't hot and asian. Or those guys who kept following ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
purelica and I to try to get us to take them home. 
But the evening was a lot of fun and something I needed. I think Iso was laughing her ass off at me on the phone though. 
Work has been a bigger pain this past week than it has in the past month. I've been in the office every single day and my next day off is this upcoming Saturday. I don't really mind coming in to work but having to be here at 5:30am each time is a pain.
The little Eeyore plushie that wifey gave me when she and mousaPi came to visit is sitting on my pillow. He's quite cute and cheers me up when I'm feeling particularly blah.
Not eating sugar has become really easy as of late. I don't crave for sweets anymore unless it's around that time of month. Also, not eating as much is becoming a bigger problem since I still eat really, small meals. My stress level has shot up and thus my appetite is going away. I find it a bit odd that I am not craving sweets but want sleep more.
It looks like I'll be in TWO weddings next year. I'm helping with the planning of one and the other one I am just in. Both weddings are going to small ones (less than 75 people). Looks like a busy summer for me.
I want to travel somewhere but I don't know if I can take the time off or the budget to do it. I have to fly down to LA at least 4 times in the next 9 months for wedding preparations so I am hoping to meet up with LA friends whenever they are free. But I still want to go to an unfamiliar city and just wander. Or have a fangirly meetup in Vegas.

;alfalf. I'm IN all these weddings. As in a bridesmaid. I have a fitting for a bridesmaid dress on Wednesday so my friend can order the dresses for us. I'm hoping that it will be pretty on me. My dress will be a lavender color. One bridesmaid has darker skin and will be wearing grape and the other is in between the two of us (I'm the fairest one) and will wear mulberry. So it's different shades of purple in the same sort of fabric in the same family of styles. The other...I'm not sure since we were talking about a destination wedding and she is considering a wedding on a yacht around the SF bay. So that will be really nice. :D
I am excited that the holiday season is coming up for all these parties. Lots of dancing and merrymaking going on! :D :D :D
