Fanime......is DONE.

FANIME 2007 IS OVER.

WHOOOOOO!!!!

Overall, it was certainly a different experience from my first time working Fanime last year. Less of me going "eh? what? huh?" and the "O________O" subaru! eyes and more of the "Oh! I know that!" and "^_______________^" fuji! eyes. I certainly got less sleep this year than last year but that's because I went into Fanime this year considerably more sleep-dep'd and stressed than last year.

There were times where I wanted to strangle people *coughs*crosstraffickingpeople*coughs and others I just wanted to snuggle.

I totally missed on MusicFest guests because I was really too tired to remember where Crack6 and Mechanical Panda were performing. I ended up at the Black and White ball in my pretty black and white frock and danced. Taught the Chair how to Tango. *giggles* There wasn't much the Totoros did this year, unlike last year where they got downright experimental.

I got to meet some of the Guests of Honors and had a lot of fun just catching up with people and seeing how much fun they were having at Fanime this year.

Of course there were some minor, minor gripes but whatever! A good time was had by all and that's the most important part, right?

So last night, I crashed so hard. I got a little over 12 hours of sleep. I am feeling much better and in a better frame of mind to tackle all the problems that have been piling up at work. Apologies to those who are waiting for me to finish up some of my special projects! I promise they'll be out to you sooooooooon!











Just for the wifey. She was awesome and stayed in character the ENTIRE time.



And I am going back to re-read why my HP flist is exploding and am waiting to see how fast it's going to hit my JPop part. Because if LJ/6A is going after one of the biggest fandoms on LJ, who knows how soon it's going to come after the smaller ones.

That "L" came into ConOps, and painstakingly picked up candies in our bowls with a pair of sugar-tongs. She then picked up my open manga and examined it minutely. When one of her "wardens" admonished her, she answered in a note-perfect flat voice: "I won't lose her place."

I was impressed. Cosplay is acting, too.
