jemzHope everyone had a joyous day yesterday.
Mine was a quiet one. Went to work for a bit to knock out some work. I ended up leaving early and goofing off for a bit since the email server was down and I couldn't check certain things.

vanae12 conducted "Bring a Smile to a Senior" at a nursing home in Palo Alto. It was fun but it sorta felt we were sneaking into rooms to see if the elders were awake or sleeping. Had a nice chat with two Korean ladies who were there visiting. They were absolutely adorable and it seemed that we, the volunteers, did a some good and made some seniors smile. I enjoyed myself and I've always loved doing those sorts of things. I'm definately looking forward to the next one!
As for Christmas presents, I received most of them before Christmas rather on Christmas day. My parents gave me a new bedroom set, my brother gave me a Lush gift card, and sis's is giving me an iou. I got to annoy my godson's dad by giving the fishbot Mumble, the tapdancing penguin. They had family over unexpectedly and thus, we couldn't take him to go see 'Happy Feet' which made him sad. But the present made him happy because he would lay on his tummy and watch Mumble dance over and over and over again. Needless to say, it annoyed kuya but not fishbot's mom. XD
heeee! I received several presents containing w-inds. I love it. :3 I love increasing my collection. ♥
But now I'm at work. Have been here since 2am since today is the day of d00m. We shall see what time I get out since the email server is down again today. D; I am surprisingly awake and hyper. No, it had nothing to do with the cup of coffee and three cups of tea I had. Nor the sugar I consumed at 3am. Not at all.
