Yes. I felt like spamming y'all today since I haven't been consistent in posting. It occurred to me that I have been remiss in greeting all new friends.

Oh wow. I've got too many happy ones. So I'll give you one that keeps me happy.


I know it's the cheesiest thing ever but it was the moment I saw my dad after my high school graduation ceremonies. I am such a daddy's girl. I never, ever wanted to disappoint him and I totally idolized my dad.

So afterwards, when it was over and we could finally go find our family, I saw my dad (who's pretty damn tall) and then totally burst into tears because he had this look of love and pride on his face. It was one of the few times he took the initiative and hugged me for a long moment, whispering that he was so proud of me. I'm the first of the sibs to graduate high school. I got to do what he didn't get to do. Go to a high school and graduate and go on to college. I didn't have to grow up in a war-stricken, poverty-laden country like my parents did. It was a touching moment and stayed with me quite clearly.

I was so ecstatic that afternoon. Especially when I found no8ody to take a family pic. It was pretty awesome.

Hmmm...cosplayers? Asazuki Kousuke from Spiral. Kajimoto Takahisa from Prince of Tennis. Actually....any character from Prince of Tennis, Full Metal Alchemist, Naruto, and Hikaru no Go would make me happy.


mmmmm. Maybe. I think you may have to pry me out of ConOps where I will be curled up for naps in between shifts. XD Either that or the MusicFest stage.

Why do dogs have cold noses?

I have no clue. But I could speculate that it probably has to do with their noses needing to be a bit wet at all times.

Or it could be a thing that dogs have to make their humans squeal in shock at the cold nose pressed against a warm body part so that the human in question would move over and the dog can steal the warm spot.
