HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JILLPILL!!!!

So, tonight is a big family dinner with my cousins. I haven't seen purelica, bluebyyou, no8ody in so long. Well...a few months but it's been a while! Even longer for ant_in_my_pants (You better go! Don't need a date, you're practically family).

Oh, I'm just so excited! TGIF!


And I have a trip to Las Vegas next week. Chi ngoc, I'll email you about the details soon. lilkimmiebaby and I will be going to Ka on Thursday, so maybe Friday or Saturday night? I don't think we'll be attending Pimps N Hos, so if Saturday is better for you to have dinner I think we have it free. :-)

VEGAS! It'll be my first time just going to Las Vegas. I know, I know. I live so close but never have been there...but that's because I was extremely sensitive to ciggarette smoke. Still am but my body won't be going bonkers around it now. I just need to be careful.

So my next trip after Vegas will be NYC in November. So if any of you cool cats will be in the area, give me a hoot, holler, cat whistle, or spanking, and maybe we can hook up. I'll be with some other fabulous folks and we like eating making new friends.

anywho, enough babbling from me. I'm just excited that it's FRIDAY!

pee. ess. Tip, I found the book but I didn't realize it was under Inspirational/Religion. So I'm a bit leary in reading it. Is it really a good read? I love C.S. Lewis' Chronicles of Narnia but I don't know if I am sure about reading his other works.

all right, so the PS is in no way addressed to me, but CS Lewis has written very good other stuff. I've read Mere Christianity, and it was incredible. nevermind the fact that it took me over a month to read....

I'll probably read more of his stuff soon after Labor Day weekend. I was curious about his other works since Tip remarked about the The Screwtape Letters. But I still need to read all my other books first, like HP & HBP The Elegant Universe and this meditation book I have laying around.

But I'll keep that title in mind when I go to the library.

Hell yeah for Vegas and yay the first trip!! You know how much I love that place :) And the smokes not too bad in the casinos since most are so open and airy. You're going to have so much fun!

A lot of the casinos are smoke free now, so it's not so bad.

Wanna go to Vegas together? I have a voucher for two round trip tickets from San Jose and a two nights stay. I just need to put another name on it. ;)
