jemzahhh..such a good weekend.
i spent sat. morning and afternoon helping jimmy move stuff to from santa cruz to his new home in sunnyvale. worked pretty well with Tom there. got a chance to catch up with Tom and had a ton of laughs. found out more things about my kuya and the boys that i can definately use as blackmail. talked about future plans. Tom and his wife, Connie, are going to have a baby at the end of October. Can't wait til the little one comes. Tom is definately sweating bullets over the pregnancy. it's hilarious to see a supremely confident cop get all wimp and whiney at the mere mention of his forthcoming bundle of joy. a great time to torment him and get a laughter in at the same time.
finished up to episode 50 of Prince of Tennis, or Tennis no Ohjisama for all those who insist on the Japanese name. :-D it's pretty good so far.
Sunday, i spent the day with Katrina and the gang for her surprise bday luncheon. Had YUMMY food at Maggiano's at Santana Row. after that, we went shopping while the boys played chess at the chess area. I got some cute headbands at urban outfitters, checked out some adorable sunglasses at diesel, and found FABOULOUS pants at anthropologie. needless to say, i spent a lot of money. but i got some cute stuff for my trip to sd this weekend! :-D heh...can't wait to get down there and marinate!
it's been a hectic week so far with all the preparations for the sd trip, cleaning the house for guests (for my parents), and figuring out what to do for papa's day....plus midterm and final test in my lone class....i'm amazed i'm not insane yet.....well...i will be..heheh...
hopefully, everyone is doing well. i think about all of y'all even though i might not be posting a comment. i will try to comment on ur journals sometime this week. until then, be happy!
