waiting.....

did i ever mention that i hate waiting? so i'm waiting for mom to take dad to his colonoscopy at 11:30am. and i'm waiting for good news. and i hate waiting...esp. since i have no control over the good and bad news.

so i get to work and i mentioned that i was going to call in sick due to my dad's surgery. my boss said i could go home if i wanted to. they don't need me today since it will be too many people on the sales floor. so yay! day off for me. all i'm gonna do is some errands and worry and pray. lots of praying. staying strong.

so i'm going to go around the neighborhood for a walk since it's sooo nice out. then i'm going to run some errands. eat lunch and sit outside with a book. i want to relax today...and try to stop worrying as much.

hmm..my mom keeps raiding my room for stuff to send back to vietnam. for some reason, she keeps trying to get some of my necklaces...lol...so i gave her some. all the ones i don't wear anymore. i showed my mom the ring she got me for my 16th birthday. it's still pretty but gold. i don't usually wear gold. actually...i don't wear gold at all. but today, i'm wearing the ring becuz it makes me feel that everything will be alright like i how i felt when i was a kid.

*crossing both fingers and toes* i seriously hope there will be good news.
