I'm a little late but something incredible happened last night

I was writing my entry when all of a sudden, all the power disappeared. It was a bit startling but immediately candles were lit . Candlelight is very pretty. We had them everywhere But they were very pretty surrounding the gorgeous roses Beth sent me I sat and gazed at the flowers, enjoying the peacefulness of the evening.

Then I got bored. Nothing was working! No so I went to sleep.

I woke up to electricity. It's times like these that I realize how much I depend on it.
